Dr. Abigail Bird is a physical therapist certified in the Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence, as well as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in Tucson, AZ. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Colorado in Denver and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from The Ohio State University.

Abby believes the challenges faced in strength and fitness training empower people to live full and authentic lives. She applies a fitness forward physical therapy approach with a passion for strength and conditioning principles to develop individualized, focused plans with her patients to maintain fitness during injury and achieve life long fitness goals. She especially enjoys working with people new to strength training to optimize movement patterns and provide education to ensure a lifetime of health and fitness.

When Abby is not spending her time serving the Tucson community as a physical therapist she is trying to keep up with her son, and accomplishing training goals of her own including competing in local CrossFit competitions.

Dr. Emma Seeberg is a physical therapist located in Tucson, AZ. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Sports Science from Oregon State University.

Emma’s areas of specialty include orthopedics, pregnancy prep and postpartum recovery, and performance of CrossFit/Weightlifting Athletes. Her treatment approach is a combination of skilled manual techniques and progressive exercise, in order to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being.

When Emma is not in the clinic she can be found at her local CrossFit gym on the East side of Tucson, where she coaches, or on hiking adventures with her husband and fur baby.
